For beach addicts like myself, I need a beach fix almost every couple of weeks. Thank God Subic isn’t th at far and it never fails in providing me with the necessary reboot before I head back to reality.

A three-3 day weekend— awesome!!
Upon arrival, we spent the first few hours roaming around Subic as we wait for our check-in at Camayan Beach Resort.
First order of business: Food!
Food options in Subic are never ending, and what always come to mind are: 1. Meat Plus subic – they don’t have their own website but the trip advisor link should help you get more information on the restaurant. The prices and the quality of the food hasn’t changed since the 90s!

2.  Cocolime- for the thai food loving foodie, this restaurant doesn’t disappoint! Family sized servings and lots of heat in their food. This place is a must try!

3. Xtremelyexpresso – for the caffeine, pizza and burger fix – you can’t go wrong with this cafe-restaurant. I particularly like the Xtreme Frappes.

After filling our stomachs, we head to Tree Top adventure (https://www.treetopadventureph.com) for some adrenaline fix.

Here you can aslo free-fall from a 3-storey high tree for Php150.00 (I did it, couldn’t post the video as I screamed like I was giving birth)

After

After that adventure, we headed out to Camayan Beach Resort. I have been here so many times now. It still gives me that much needed relaxation. Beach+Beer+Watersports and food, can’t complain!

The view from my room. They have just added this pool in the resort.
Couldn’t resist a picture right next to the water. Some people have said that this water is deep enough for a submarine to be parked underneath. Remember that Subic used to be a US Army base, not even sure if the submarine story is true.

Check out @eyeknowrightshadies on instagram if you like what I am wearing here! Thanks H&M for the swim shorts!

Overall , with or without a budget, you can enjoy Subic for a day, two days or even three! There are so many places to see and visit.
